The plug-in is working fine but I will suggest that the ticket be assigned based on the issue type, not sequentially.
for example,
if these are there are two agents A and B

If Agent A is assigned an epic issue type that takes 5 hours to complete and Agent B is assigned a task issue type that takes 1 hour to complete, it may not be fair to assign another epic ticket to Agent A during the same shift. This could result in uneven work distribution.
